Looking for ideas for my garden. I would like to create a fun play area for my boys age 5 and 2 any ideas?
I am quiting smoking on tues 1 april and i am putting the money i would have spent to one side and i would like to create a really cool play area. Rather than just buying a climbing frame i’m after ideas. I would like it to be a team project. i’ve already got plans of a mural on the wall that we can do together but would like input on maybe building interesting play features. I will say i am definatly not experienced in building in any way shape or form. ( ashamed to say my husband and dad always deal with this) but would like something we can do together. I have a time frame of 16 weeks and a budget of 500 quid.

hi, think that’s a lovely idea, and good luck with giving up smoking, the garden will keep you busy and hopefully keep your mind off smoking!
i think a rowing boat(not brand new) would be good fun, some times you can pick them up at second hand yards or even eBay!
you could paint it in bright colours and put safe seat in it!
also a pebble pool(safe with children) children love to play with water!
maybe hang some bamboo chimes down low so the children could make some music with them!
plant up some car tyres with some herbs so the children have a scented area!
and children like somewhere to hide, maybe a wigwam made out of willow, i think you can get shooting willow, which makes it a live wigwam and should look really nice once growing!
